Someone crossed a line
Report them right in the call, or afterwards from their profile, your chat with them or their live room — then block them if you want. If it involves anyone under 18, report it and leave the chat — those reports are handled separately and passed to the authorities.
Your account was banned
Write to support from the email address on the account (or name the Google account you signed in with), say roughly when it happened and why you think it was a mistake. A person reviews it.
A payment problem
Keep the receipt from the payment provider — Umingle never sees card numbers, so the receipt is how a payment is found. Remember that each call has its own price, so two calls of the same length can cost different amounts.
Your account and your data
You can ask for your account to be deleted, for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected. The privacy policy explains what is kept after deletion and why.
